Job 1:

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop solutions for (medium/high) complex tasks with high technical and functional quality including the necessary documentation
  • Local first point of contact for the developers for technical matters
  • Advise ABAP developers on best practice and solution design
  • Provide SAP/ABAP technical expertise to other team members
  • Provide coaching in technical questions to other developers
  • Coordinate and support for tasks assigned to a group of developers
  • Ownership of technical design and implementation.
  • Make sure that the actions assigned to the resources are clearly understood and completed with good quality.
  • Timely escalation issues to the Offshore Coordinator when problems are identified.
  • Review requirements and provide work estimates based on the FS
  • Ensure that the existing standards are followed in the software development cycle and help defining new quality standards
  • Support technical interview with new candidates

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • At least two years experience in each of the SAP modules SD & MM
  • At least 5 years experience in ABAP development working as a member of a global team
  • Working systematically and in High Quality.
  • Strong skills in customizing and developing ABAP solutions for SAP modules SD/MM
  • Knowledge of Project Management methodology and tools
  • Ability to adapt and apply rapidly changing technology to business needs
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision, taking the initiative in contacting internal customers and co-workers at overseas
  • Excellent team player, self-motivated, responsible, customer-oriented, strong work ethics, cultural awareness and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent English in both verbal and writing

Job 2:

Essential Responsibilities:

  • The Developer position utilizes both analytical and programming skills
  • Responsible for designing, coding in ABAP 4, modifying, testing, and documenting applications. The design work ranges from a low to high level of complexity
  • Must be able to write technical design specifications based on Functional design Specification and/or verbal directions
  • Create and maintain code for FRICEW (Form/ Report/ Interface/ Conversion/ Enhancement/ Workflow) objects
  • Test and debug programs based on test scripts / checklist
  • Prepare appropriate testing and implementation documentation in a timely manner
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision, taking the initiative in contacting internal customers and co-workers

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of SAP relevant experience
  • Programming using a 4GL language, especially ABAP 4
  • Has knowledge of at least two SAP modules SD, MM, FI/CO, PP, WM, CRM, good business knowledge accumulated
  • ECC 6.0 experience desirable
  • Knowledge of any of the SAP tool: LSMW, IDOC, BAPI, LES is a credit
  • Experience with full life cycle SAP implementation projects
  • Experience in CRM, FI/CO preferred
  • Capable of testing own programs
  • Aptitude to learn new programming languages and skills, quick learner and self-motivator
  • Must be able to interface inter- and intra-departmentally
  • Capable of interpreting and designing flow charts
  • Analytical and problem solving skills, good at assessing existing complex programs and troubleshooting
