Analyst
 
As an analyst the role is responsible for providing analysis and research performance data to support the wider business with clients in Victoria in the best commercial interests of the company. It would also be anticipated the role would provide additional support in the expansion of the business nationally.
 
Responsibilities 
 
  • Compiling, analysing and reporting statistics on a periodic basis
  • Development and maintenance of online reporting systems
  • Entering data from source documents into the information system;
  • Evaluation of data
  • Gathering and processing the data required to produce the gaming machine performance reports
  • across, venues, regional areas and the State as well as product groups;
  • Interrogating databases
  • Report writing
  • Development of promotional packs for key promotions
  • Management and delivery of all marketing communications and promotions (office and field based)
  • Creating and maintaining support from internal stakeholders for marketing activities
  • Assisting individual venues with their marketing and promotional plans
  • Managing the design and print of venue marketing and promotions
  • Development and management of content for internal website
  • Develop, manage and communicate marketing reports to management and field team
  • Assist venues with ROI for marketing activities
  • Development of Jackpot POS and delivery to venues
  • Execution of merchandising and POS at venue level
  • Marketing and Promotional strategies
 
Knowledge & Skills
 
  • Attention to detail, spelling and report formatting; Identifying market trends;
  • Strong mathematical focus
  • Good problem solving skills and ability to address issues within your experience level
  • Excellent Report Writing
  • Strong research, interpretation and analytical skills
  • Sound computer skills in Microsoft Office packages
  • Experienced working with Oracle Discoverer, Tableau or other reporting / business intelligence
