• Participate to the setup of company’s marketing and commercial strategy in the region. Conceptualize and execute the strategy in partnership with local commercial teams
  • Customer insights: Collect key customer insights and make them available for the region, in particular the Category Managers, Promote exchange of market and customer intel throughout the region
  • Category Tactics: Execute global product management strategies within the region. Align available tools and resources with market needs
  • Create specific programs to delivery on brand strategies and account strategies
  • Go to market/tools: Deploy locally the enablers and tools to ensure optimized go to market strategies
  • Implementation plan: maximize local execution of action plans
  • Might be required to manage one or more local marketing executives where and when necessary
  • 30% to 50% travelling might be required


  • Engineer or master degree, preferably with a specialization in business administration
  • Minimum 5 year experience in sales or marketing in a B to B environment
  • The regional marketing manager can be required to manage one or more local marketing executives
